- Provide technical leadership for complex structural engineering activities within a dedicated team.
- Oversee and deliver high-quality engineering, testing, and assurance services aligned with industry standards.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams including engineers, technicians, and laboratory staff for seamless project delivery.
- Develop and interpret test regimes based on structural design principles, including static and dynamic behaviours.
- Ensure compliance with BS and EN standards, advancing industry best practice.

- Support inspection, assessment, and reporting activities in line with UK construction methods and fire performance standards.

To succeed as a Lead Structural Engineer, you will need:
- Chartered status in Structural Engineering.
- Proven experience leading complex structural projects and technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of BS and EN standards and their application in design and testing.
- Expertise in static and dynamic structural behaviour and engineering mechanics.
- Experience with structural fire design and assessment per industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of producing high-quality proposals, reports, and inspection documents.
- Proficiency in engineering tools such as AutoCAD, FEA modelling, and Microsoft Office suite.
