The predicted salary is between 28000 - 32000 £ per year.

You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of arcade, amusement, and gaming machines across multiple venues in West London and the home counties region of the UK.

More specifically:

  • Carry out diagnostics, fault-finding, and repairs on a wide range of arcade and amusement machines (redemption, video, coin-mech etc.)
  • Undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimise downtime
  • Install, configure, and test new machines on-site
  • Manage spares, parts, and inventory efficiently
  • Work with site teams to ensure machines meet H&S and compliance standards
  • Provide technical support and training to venue staff as required
  • Keep accurate records of service visits and repairs via reporting systems

This role covers multiple sites across Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire, and West London, working 40 hours a week on a 2-week rota:

  • Week 1: Monday - Friday
  • Week 2: Monday - Wednesday and Saturday & Sunday

To be successful as an Arcade Engineer/Field Engineer, you will have a healthy mix of the following:

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience as an Arcade Engineer or in the vending industry
  • Strong electromechanical fault-finding skills (PCB, sensors)
  • Familiarity with both mechanical and digital systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills
  • Self-motivated
