You will have to be successful as a Mechanical Design Engineer here, you will have a healthy mix of the following:

  • Proven ability to produce calculations, specifications, and technical reports.
  • Experience supporting projects through pre-construction, design, and construction phases.
  • Qualifications such as an HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent.
  • Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, consultants, and onsite staff.
  • Experience within residential, student accommodation, or hotel sectors would be advantageous but not essential.
