You will be delivering electrical building services projects across the South Coast from the Fareham/Portsmouth office, plus hybrid working from home for this regional mechanical & electrical contractor with a 20+ year reputation for quality and attention to detail and a loyal and extensive customer base. The Electrical Project Manager job itself involves managing the electrical aspects of projects, overseeing electrical fit-outs to ensure they are completed within deadlines, to a high standard, and in line with the client’s specification. You will manage a team of project engineers that will report back to you.
- Managing projects with a value of up to £10M - all electrical aspects of projects including lighting, power, solar, battery storage, heat pumps, and HVAC connection.
- Working with a close-knit projects team.
- Working on highly respected projects across sectors including: Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing, and Retail.
- Fully involved in client meetings, organising sub-contractors.
Routes to progress are available for you to pursue, and staff retention is extremely high, allowing you to develop meaningful relationships with your colleagues and collaborate and learn from them.
To be successful as an Electrical Project Manager, you will have experience working within the Building Services Sector as an Electrical Project Manager, Electrical Contracts Manager, Electrical Site Manager, or M&E Manager. Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have any of the following qualifications: HNC / HND in Electrical/Building Services Engineering.
