The Site Manager role itself involves overseeing operational site management and the delivery of commercial new build and fit-out projects to ~£10M across defence and general industrial sites. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining safety at all times. Collaborating closely with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors, your role will be pivotal in shaping successful project outcomes. To be successful as a Site Manager with us, you will have a strong background in construction management, including:
- ONC or equivalent qualification in construction management
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certificates
- Ideally CIOB membership
- 5+ years’ experience managing construction projects and site activities, particularly on projects valued up to £10M
- Attention to detail, leadership capability, and a proactive approach to health, safety and quality are essential for success in this role.
