Job Description

You will like\\n\\nSurveying/Valuing from Manchester HQ for employee-owned multi-service national property consultancy providing the full range of property services and advising large corporate businesses, developers, investors, lenders, local authorities and occupiers.\\n\\nThey are renowned for providing an outstanding service to clients who receive optimum advice and solutions enabling them to make the best possible property decisions.\\n\\nYou will like\\n\\nThe Chartered Surveyor RICS job itself which is a key role within their healthcare team, with the main goal of leading and developing the secondary healthcare service offering; to grow and diversify the team to maintain a profitable division, raise company's profile, and generate new business for the healthcare team and wider company.\\n\\nWhilst building on existing bank contacts, significant development is also expected with non-lending and investor clients.\\n\\nThis is a significant fee earning and business development role, with a relatively small requirement for management responsibilities, particularly in the short term.\\n\\nLiaise with portfolio clients and other clients to undertake an active role in relationship management and progress all types of secondary healthcare work, including valuation, disposal and acquisition, rent reviews and Landlord and Tenant as appropriate to build a variety of instructions and maximise all opportunities.\\n\\t\\nProvide input and support with the secondary healthcare strategy growth and business generation/ development \\n\\t\\nMeet and exceed personal financial targets set \\n\\t\\nSecure maintain and develop strong client relationships \\n\\t\\nPerform and execute valuations and negotiations efficiently to consistent exacting high standards within deadlines \\n\\t\\nOrganise time efficiently to facilitate the delivery of the role requirements.\\n\\nYou will have\\n\\nTo excel as a Chartered Surveyor RICS, you will be a Qualified Chartered Surveyor ideally with at least 2 year PQE and a healthy mix of the following:\\n\\nRICS Registered Valuer with strong technical valuation skills and in-depth knowledge of valuation techniques \\n\\t\\nProactive, approachable with proven experience in the healthcare sector/secondary healthcare services \\n\\t\\nHighly organized and able to meet strict deadlines with attention to detail \\n\\t\\nArticulate, with excellent communication skills and a strong collaborative/ team work ethic \\n\\t\\nHigh quality report writing skills. \\n\\t\\nSelf-motivated while working as part of an energetic and enthusiastic team \\n\\t\\nEnjoy working under pressure and meeting deadlines \\n\\t\\nGood analytical and numerical skills \\n\\t\\nResponsive to change and improvement \\n\\t\\nStrategic and critical thinker with strong levels of insight and intellectual curiosity \\n\\t\\nExperience in delivering on a diverse range of projects \\n\\t\\nAmbitious, flexible and responsive to change and improvement\\n\\nYou will get\\n\\nAs a Chartered Surveyor RICS, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £55K- £60K + Package\\n\\nCompany Car\\n\\t\\nCommission\\n\\nYou can apply\\n\\nto the Chartered Surveyor RICS position by pushing the button on this job posting, or by sending your CV in confidence to (url removed).\\n\\nUK_MS
