Macstaff is seeking a Revit Coordinator/BIM Coordinator to join a leading Building Services firm in Nottingham, England, United Kingdom. The company is enjoying sustainable growth, has an extensive pipeline of works, and offers a strong, supportive team and great career progression prospects.
The successful candidate will be involved in exciting projects across various sectors and will be a key member of the team, responsible for:
- Populating concept M&E drawings in 2D CAD, Revit
- Performing clash detection and resolution using Revit to identify and mitigate conflicts early
- Collaborating with the Design team to integrate Revit models with architectural and structural models
- Liaising with Architects, Structural Engineers, and Main Contractors, design professionals
To be successful, you will have experience working within the Building Services Sector as a Revit Engineer, CAD Technician, or Digital Engineer, with a Consulting or Contracting background. A working knowledge of programmes such as AutoCAD or Revit MEP is also desirable.
The company offers a competitive salary of £40K-£50K+ DOE + Package, including:
- Pension
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays with the ability to buy or sell days
- Flexible working/hybrid (2 days from home)
