MACS is the UK’s national charity for people born without eyes or with underdeveloped eyes, providing life-changing support, practical help, and opportunities to more than 3,600 members from over 1,200 families. We’re seeking an exceptional Fundraising Manager to lead nationwide fundraising, build a diverse and sustainable income base, and shape the future of our organisation.
In this vital role, you will head up our passionate fundraising team, drive consistent year-on-year income growth, expand existing streams, and pioneer new campaigns across community, corporate, individual and regular giving. You will explore e-commerce opportunities and grow income via our online shop. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will develop and deliver a comprehensive income generation strategy, as well as play a key role in influencing MACS’ strategic direction, making a lasting difference for MACS members across the UK.
We’re looking for a proven fundraiser with experience increasing income from large grants, individual giving, events, and corporate donors. You will bring financial acumen, team leadership skills, and a talent for developing strong relationships with funders. Experience with Salesforce and a commitment to inclusivity are desirable.
