Could you assist young people to build the skills and confidence to maintain their own homes? MACS provides 24/7 supported housing for young people aged between 16 and 21, who are leaving care, or who may be homeless. Young people can live with us for up to 2 years before moving into the community.
Youth Housing Case Workers provide individualised support planning for our young people, based on ongoing assessment, review and keeping safe where appropriate.
