Assist young people aged 16‑21 to develop the skills and confidence to maintain their own homes. MACS provides 24/7 supported housing, with up to two years of residence before community transition.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualised support planning for young people, based on ongoing assessment and review.
- Ensure their safety and wellbeing, applying appropriate “keep safe” procedures.
- Coordinate with housing, safeguarding and support services to deliver holistic care.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working with young people in care, homelessness or housing settings.
- Understanding of safeguarding and safe‑keeping principles.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ÂŁ25,545 per annum (ÂŁ14.03 per hour).
- Benefits: 4% salary pension contribution
- Up to 41 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
