SHARED TENANCY & OUTREACH MANAGER Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for developing innovative housing and support solutions for young people? We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Shared Tenancy & Outreach Managerto lead the development and delivery of MACS Shared Tenancy Project, Prison Resettlement Service and Outreach Services across Northern Ireland. This role is central to the growth of MACS' housing-ledand preventative support housing-led, preventative and resettlement support services, ensuring young people receive high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, tenancy sustainment, wellbeing, and positive outcomes. Working closely with the Head of Floating Support & Outreach Services, you will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, partnership development, and service innovation. You will support and develop a skilled team, champion young people's participation, and ensure services remain responsive to emerging need and aligned with MACS' vision of ending youth homelessness in Northern Ireland.
