The predicted salary is between 25545 - 25545 £ per year.

We are looking for passionate supporters to work in the community, helping young people aged 16‑25 who are homeless, at risk, or need help maintaining tenancy. Each worker supports an average of 15 young people with individualized support plans and safeguards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all young people are cared for by appropriate staff.
  • Adhere to NISCC Standard of Conduct and MACS Policies and Procedures, including Child Protection, Adult Safeguarding and Lone Worker requirements.
  • Provide holistic support (one‑to‑one and group) to all young people accessing the service.
  • Identify support plans in partnership with young people and professionals and take lead in creating safety plans and ensuring regular reviews.
  • Advocate for housing rights and raise awareness for young people.
  • Work effectively within a team, communicating information with young people and external agencies.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience working with young people in supported housing, community‑based support or similar environment.
  • OR degree in Social Work, Youth and Community Work or similar AND minimum 6 months experience in similar setting.
  • Full, current driving licence with access to a business‑use car.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £25,545 Pro rata.
  • Benefits: MACS Pension contribution of 4% of salary; up to 41 days annual leave (pro rata and including bank holidays); enhanced paid leave for Sick, Maternity and Carers leave; paid training days per year; Flexible and Hybrid working options; Health Benefits.
