Are you passionate about helping young people and could you support them as they transition into adulthood and learn to live by themselves? MACS provides 24/7 supported housing for young people aged between 16 and 21, who are leaving care, or who may be homeless. Young people can live with us for up to 2 years before moving into the community.

Youth Housing Workers provide an accessible point of contact at night and weekends to promote the protection and safeguarding of young people living at MACS and help them to build skills and confidence to maintain their own homes.

To apply you will need:

  • 6 months experience (paid or voluntary) of supporting people in a caring role

PLEASE NOTE: These roles are predominantly Waking Night shifts.

Salary: £23,794 per annum
