- Help shape pitch decks alongside the founders before they go out
- Track post-raise metrics and surface portfolio insights to the partners
- 1β3 years in venture, banking, M&A, or a strong startup ops role
- Comfort with financial models β not a CFA, but you can build a defensible bottom-up SAM
- Sharp writing and slide craft β you'll be editing decks more than building them
- Network instincts and a willingness to grow one
- Equity in what the studio ships β a carry pool across every portfolio company we help raise
- Six weeks paid leave + local public holidays + your birthday off
- A real annual learning budget β no approvals
- Top-decile health, dental, and mental-health cover
