  • Configure and customise all aspects of NetSuite.
  • Produce and deliver training and UAT to the customer.

  • Support the customer post‑go‑live by answering questions and solving problems.
  • Build relationships with customers to become a trusted and relied‑upon extension of their team.
About You
  • Ideally have worked with Retail/E‑Commerce, Professional Services, General Services/General Business Industries.
  • Excellent knowledge of Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C) and Design to Build (D2B).
  • Strong experience with at least one or more modules/features: Fixed Asset Management (FAM), Advanced Revenue Management and Multibook.
  • Have a solid grounding in finance and accounting – a must.
  • Experience in leading and taking ownership of the delivery of projects.
  • Above all, you’ll be someone we can put on a project and trust to deliver.
  • Excellent communication skills – professional, soft‑skill foundation for this role.
  • When dealing with clients you understand their requirements from a larger finance perspective, and able to translate the financial implications of their journey at each point in the system.
