We're looking for an individual who is interested in developing and growing alongside the company. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to carve their own future role within the organisation as we continue to grow and expand.

The essence of the role – you will be someone who can scope, design and ultimately take responsibility for the solution and its delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Design & deliver high‐quality, scalable NetSuite solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Work with customers to discover, understand and document requirements, and provide process improvement advice using NetSuite best practice.
  • Configure and customise all aspects of NetSuite.
  • Produce and deliver training and UAT to the customer.
  • Assist the customer with data migration, such as formatting and preparing data, uploading to NetSuite and reconciling to legacy systems.
  • Support the customer post‐go‐live by answering questions and solving problems.
  • Build relationships with customers to become a trusted and relied‐upon extension of their team.
About You
  • Ideally have worked with Retail/E‐Commerce, Professional Services, General Services/General Business Industries.
  • Excellent knowledge of Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C) and Design to Build (D2B).
  • Strong experience with at least one or more modules/features: Fixed Asset Management (FAM), Advanced Revenue Management and Multibook.
  • Have a solid grounding in finance and accounting – a must.
  • Experience in leading and taking ownership of the delivery of projects.
  • Above all, you'll be someone we can put on a project and trust to deliver.
  • Excellent communication skills – professional, soft‐skill foundation for this role.
  • When dealing with clients you understand their requirements from a larger finance perspective, and able to translate the financial implications of their journey at each point in the system.

The role will be largely remote, but there will be an expectation of being on‐site when required, to help build relationships and support the customer.
