About The Role
The Facilities Coordinator (Corporate & Hubs) supports the delivery of facilities management and operational services across corporate offices, hub locations, and shared workspaces. You will uphold Macro’s core value of doing the right thing, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and stakeholders. This role requires excellent customer service, strong organisational skills, and the ability to maintain compliance and operational continuity across multiple sites. You will work closely with the Operations Manager, service partners, and internal departments to deliver a consistent, high‑quality workplace experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and coordination of operational tasks and service requests via the Macro Service Desk.
- Respond to client and customer enquiries, complaints, or concerns, ensuring efficient resolution and clear communication.
- Provide administrative and customer service support to agreed standards, ensuring seamless service delivery across corporate and hub locations.
- Follow established service delivery processes, ensuring regulatory, statutory, and technical compliance is always met.
- Support the Operations Manager with corporate initiatives and projects, including building works, refurbishments and workspace optimisation.
Facilities Management & Workplace Oversight
- Oversee the completion and accurate recording of routine workplace compliance checks (e.g., workplace inspections, fire safety equipment, building infrastructure, welfare facilities).
- Conduct regular site visits to corporate and hub locations to ensure standards are maintained and compliance is met.
- Perform site assessments for new hubs or corporate buildings.
- Provide support and cover for other FM areas when colleagues are unavailable.
- Manage tasks within systems such as Concept, ensuring timely follow‑up and close‑out of all actions.
- Maintain consistent service levels and ensure value for money through proactive management of FM activities.

- Support the Operations Manager in ensuring workplace safety across corporate and hub locations.
- Ensure compliance with company H&S procedures, statutory obligations, and industry best practice.
- Encourage a Safety‑First culture, actively contributing to open discussions about safety and risk.
- Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of colleagues, staff, and visitors.
- Comply with safeguarding policy and procedures as required.
Customer Service & Stakeholder Engagement
- Deliver a professional and engaging customer service experience for staff, managers, visitors, and external partners.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments and external service providers.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Escalate concerns or issues to the Operations Manager when appropriate.
