About The Role
In this role, you will provide everyday excellence in supporting and assisting Schools, addressing their enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This involves handling customer interactions, including phone calls and emails, logging and updating tasks. All interactions and tasks must be completed within the account’s standard level agreement. The Facilities Administrator should strive to provide outstanding experiences to every customer they engage with, ensuring a positive and lasting impact through high-quality service.

- Handle day-to-day queries: Manage routine administrative tasks and general business-as-usual activities promptly, helping to delight clients.
- Emergency response: In rare emergency situations, remain calm and reassure the caller that you are taking ownership. Ensure the task is created, assigned, and that an update is provided on the estimated time of arrival (ETA).
- Data Management: Collect, organise, and maintain data in line with established quality standards. Support data assurance processes under the guidance of senior management.
- Financial & Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports and budgets. Assist with budget creation and year-end reconciliation in collaboration with the finance team.
- Project & System Support: Assist in the implementation of new systems and processes that enhance efficiency.
- Presentation & Communication: Support the preparation of materials for annual briefings and other presentations.
- Compliance: Ensure accurate documentation and comply with internal policies and procedures.
- Feedback: Macro is committed to developing people. You will both give and receive constructive feedback, acting on any required changes promptly.
- Training: Participate in mandatory training courses to remain up-to-date and engaged, fulfilling responsibilities as part of a responsible business.
