Reporting to the Global Account Lead, the role is responsible for translating account strategy into effective operational delivery, ensuring that internal teams and service providers work collaboratively to deliver consistent, high-quality integrated facilities management services.

As the senior operational lead for the region, the Regional Facilities Manager oversees service performance, governance, compliance, health and safety, financial management, supplier performance, and continuous improvement. • Support internal and external audits.

Health, Safety & Wellbeing

  • Provide visible leadership in health, safety, and wellbeing, promoting a strong safety culture across account teams and supplier organisations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, policies, procedures, and the Client’s and Macro safety standards.
  • Oversee incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions, and reviews of accident trends, near misses, hazards, and risks.
  • Ensure site risk assessments and safe systems of work are maintained and reviewed.
  • Support business continuity, crisis management, and emergency preparedness, chairing health and safety reviews and tracking actions to completion.

Operational Performance Management

  • Monitor and improve performance across all service lines, ensuring KPI and SLA targets are achieved and exceeded where possible.
  • Analyse performance data, address underperformance, mitigate service delivery risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive service consistency, standardisation, and best practice across the portfolio.

Financial Management

  • Manage regional operating budgets and financial performance, ensuring delivery within agreed financial parameters.
  • Monitor expenditure, forecasts, accruals, and contract variations.
  • Identify cost savings and operational efficiencies without compromising service quality.
  • Support revenue growth through Head Contract Variations (HCVs) and additional service opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Customer Experience & Continuous Improvement

  • Champion customer service excellence, workplace experience, and customer satisfaction across all service lines.
  • Monitor customer feedback and drive improvements through innovation, technology, and smarter ways of working.
