    • Prepare and present high-quality reports, dashboards, and recommendations for senior and executive audiences.
    • Support business development activity through technical input, proposal support, and client engagement.
  • Technical & Regulatory Leadership
    • Provide technical leadership on building services systems, plant optimisation, controls, and energy engineering solutions.
    • Maintain oversight of regulatory compliance, including ESOS, SECR, Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting, and relevant standards.
    • Keep abreast of evolving legislation, technology, and best practices within the energy and sustainability landscape.
  • Leadership & People Development
    • Provide line management, coaching, and mentoring to junior energy or sustainability professionals.
    • Contribute to capability development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the wider team.
    • Promote a culture of safety, professional excellence, and innovation.
