Support business development activity through technical input, proposal support, and client engagement.
  • Technical & Regulatory Leadership: Provide technical leadership on building services systems, plant optimisation, controls, and energy engineering solutions. Maintain oversight of regulatory compliance, including ESOS, SECR, Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting, and relevant standards. Keep abreast of evolving legislation, technology, and best practices within the energy and sustainability landscape.
  • Leadership & People Development: Provide line management, coaching, and mentoring to junior energy or sustainability professionals. Contribute to capability development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the wider team. Promote a culture of safety, professional excellence, and innovation.
