About The Role
We’re looking for a friendly, confident and organised Front of House Operative to join our team at London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and thrives in a busy, professional environment. As the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, seamless workplace experience.
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Greet visitors with a warm, professional approach and create a great first impression.
- Manage reception and front of house services on a day-to-day basis.
- Handle calls, emails, and enquiries efficiently and confidently.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are set up and ready.
- Manage post, deliveries and general office administration.
- Support the Facilities team with day-to-day operations.
- Keep the reception area organised, presentable and welcoming at all times.
Please note that this role is a Fixed Term Contract until 1st October, with the possibility of extension.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A natural people person with excellent communication skills.
- Confident, approachable, and professional at all times.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
