About The Role

We’re looking for a friendly, confident and organised Front of House Operative to join our team at London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and thrives in a busy, professional environment. As the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, seamless workplace experience.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Greet visitors with a warm, professional approach and creating a great first impression.
  • Manage reception and front of house services on a day-to-day basis.
  • Handle calls, emails, and enquiries efficiently and confidently.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are set up and ready.
  • Manage post, deliveries and general office administration.
  • Support the Facilities team with day-to-day operations.
  • Keep the reception area organised, presentable and welcoming at all times.

Please note that this role is a Fixed Term Contract until 1st October, with the possibility of extension.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A natural people person with excellent communication skills.
  • Confident, approachable, and professional at all times.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and willing to support the wider team.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel.
