About The Role

This role supports the day‑to‑day facilities operation of the Wimbledon office, while providing facilities oversight and coordination for the Strand, Manchester and Dublin locations. You will be responsible for ensuring workplaces are safe, well‑maintained and operate efficiently for employees and visitors. Based primarily in Wimbledon, the role delivers hands‑on facilities support on site and acts as the main point of contact for building management, contractors and internal stakeholders. For other locations, the role provides remote coordination and escalation support to on‑site Workplace Hosts, ensuring consistent standards, processes and service delivery across all sites. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, a practical approach to problem‑solving, and a service‑focused mindset.

  • Provide day‑to‑day facilities management support at the Wimbledon office, with coordinated oversight of additional sites.
  • Ensure facilities operations meet legal, health and safety and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace environments for colleagues and visitors across all locations.

Responsibilities

On site Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary on‑site Facilities Coordinator for the Wimbledon office, managing day‑to‑day facilities operations.
  • Manage contractors and vendors, including commissioning works and monitoring quality and performance.
  • Ensure office floor facilities are maintained in good operational condition.
  • Ensure building management contractors deliver planned preventative maintenance and reactive works in line with agreed schedules.
  • Oversee hygiene and cleaning services across all areas, including daily operations and periodic deep cleans.
  • Manage the relationship with building management, resolve operational issues, and attend tenant meetings as required.
  • Respond to building emergencies and incidents, coordinating with internal teams, vendors and contractors as required.
  • Act as On‑site First Aider for the Wimbledon office (training to be provided).
  • Ensure regular and clear communication to employees on facilities matters impacting the office environment.

Remote Responsibilities

  • Provide facilities management oversight for the Strand, Manchester and Dublin offices through remote coordination.
  • Act as the primary facilities escalation point for these locations, supporting on‑site Workplace Hosts with non‑technical guidance and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate reactive issues, planned works, and supplier engagement in collaboration with local Workplace Hosts and building management teams.
  • Support Workplace Hosts with facilities processes, policies and supplier interactions where required.
  • Monitor service delivery, recurring issues and facilities risks across secondary sites, escalating where appropriate.
  • Ensure consistent application of facilities standards, procedures and communication across all locations.
