About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Macro Group Bid Team, providing essential and proactive support to bid teams across the UK and international territories in which Macro operates.
Skills
You will undertake a
12–18-month Business Administration Apprenticeship , combining classroom‑based learning with hands‑on workplace experience. During the programme, you will develop skills in:
- IT and digital systems
- Stakeholder management
- Business administration
- Query resolution
- Communication and organisational skills
- On successful completion, you will gain a
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship qualification .
- Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Director and the Solution / Bid Team
- Maintain bid records, databases (including CRM) and document management systems.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops and review sessions, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Support communication with internal stakeholders to gather information required for bid submissions.
- Monitor bid deadlines and help ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Conduct research and collate information to support bid responses.
- Maintain accurate filing, version control of bid documentation, and the bid library.
- Respond to internal queries and direct requests to the appropriate team members.
- Support continuous improvement activities within the Bid Team.
