About the Role

As a key point of contact for colleagues, clients and stakeholders, you will facilitate minor moves and projects, manage enquiries, conduct facilities inspections, and support supply chain partners and vendors. You will maintain high customer satisfaction by providing proactive, high‑quality service, addressing concerns effectively and communicating updates.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct workplace facilities inspections and floor walks; ensure meeting rooms and office spaces are clean, tidy and functional.
  • Identify, report and follow up on maintenance issues and defects using the CAFM system; collaborate with facilities teams to resolve them promptly.
  • Instill a culture of continuous improvement in service delivery, responding quickly to changing business needs.
  • Support office space planning and coordinate new employee onboarding, including furniture moves and floor‑plan changes.
  • Proactively manage a range of tasks, ensuring timely completion and delivery within budget.
  • Provide accurate reporting and use financial tools to give insight to clients and internal departments.
  • Hold regular meetings with vendors and building management; review quotations, validate work, and ensure timely payment and quality.
  • Check vendor documentation on delivery; escort vendors into restricted areas while ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Ensure service and contract compliance; conduct quality audits for hard and soft services.
  • Deputise for the Account Manager when required.

About You

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive Assistant Facilities Manager with experience in corporate workplace environments. This site‑based role in London requires five days per week attendance and participation in an on‑call rota for out‑of‑hours incidents.
