Leadership competencies focus on adaptability, effective decision‑making and team management skills. Candidates should have significant FM management experience, especially in contract oversight and financial management, with desirable qualifications including higher‑level diplomas and professional memberships.
Ideal Candidate
- Considerable experience in a Senior FM leadership role, preferably within Workplace Management and Soft Services
- Experience delivering exceptional transformation and mobilisation activities within new client accounts
- Proven experience managing a high‑profile, quality‑led P&L contract
- Experience leading a team with a significant budget
- Significant experience within a multi‑service line FM environment
- Excellent relationship management skills at all levels
- Ideally, a recognised qualification within FM
- A health and safety qualification is also preferred
