We’re looking for an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our growing team and play a key role in the day-to-day running of our kitchen.

We specialise in healthy comfort food, high-protein, macro-calculated meals that deliver on both nutrition and flavour. Operating from our dark kitchen in Kentish Town, we serve customers across North and East London and are building a brand focused on consistency, quality and exceptional customer experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards across the kitchen, supporting and developing junior team members, and ensuring every order that leaves the kitchen meets our quality expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Supervising and supporting kitchen staff during service.
  • Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation standards.
  • Delivering ongoing training and coaching to team members.
  • Ensuring recipes, portioning and kitchen procedures are followed consistently.
  • Overseeing food preparation and quality control.
  • Leading by example during busy service periods and stepping onto the line when required.
  • Monitoring cleanliness, organisation and food safety standards.
  • Helping improve kitchen systems, efficiency and overall performance.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a supervisory, senior chef or kitchen leadership role.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
  • Calm and organised under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety.
  • Fast, reliable and highly accountable.
  • Experience with healthy food concepts is a bonus, but not essential.
