Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm, plus every second Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Driver to join a busy building materials distribution team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HGV Class 2 driver looking for a role that could lead to a permanent position, with HIAB training provided for the right candidate.

The Role:

  • Deliver building materials to customers and sites
  • Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
  • Operate the vehicle responsibly and in line with company procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service at delivery locations
  • Complete relevant paperwork and delivery documentation
  • Work closely with the branch and warehouse teams

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
  • Every second Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm

Pay & Benefits:

  • £15.34 - £16.34 per hour

About You:

  • A qualified and experienced Class 2 (LGV Cat C) driver
  • Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
  • Customer-focused with a professional approach
  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
  • Ideally experienced in building materials distribution, although this is not essential
  • Interested in developing their skills through HIAB training
