We are currently recruiting for a Van Driver on behalf of our client based in East Kilbride. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking driver looking for ongoing, full-time work with an immediate start.
Role Details:
- Location: East Kilbride
- Start: Immediate
- Shift: Dayshift 6:00am start, usually finishing around 2:00pm
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays
- Pay: £13.00 per hour, with overtime paid after basic hours
Duties Include:
- Delivering and collecting laundry to and from hotels and restaurants
- Loading and unloading the vehicle
- Completing delivery paperwork where required
- Providing excellent customer service at delivery and collection points
- Ensuring the vehicle is kept clean and roadworthy
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous van driving experience preferred
- Good timekeeping and a reliable attitude
- Physically fit, as the role involves loading and unloading laundry
- A positive, customer-focused approach
