Full-time | Monday to Friday | 9.30am to 6pm + 1 in 5 Saturdays (4 hours)

3 month temp position (could go permanent or longer term for the right candidate)

We are currently recruiting for a proactive and organised Traffic Administrator to join a fast-paced transport operation where no two days are the same. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, KPI-driven environment and enjoys working as part of a dynamic team.

Hours & Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 9.30am to 6pm
  • 1 in 5 Saturdays: 4 hours
  • 30-minute lunch break each day

Pay rate: Β£12.21 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming emails and telephone calls
  • Monitoring and responding to the message alert system
  • Producing timed driver reports and supporting daily operational KPIs
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Using the in-house booking system (training provided)
  • Supporting the wider traffic office with general administrative duties

Training & Support

  • You will be shadowed for the first few days to help you settle into the role
  • Full training will be provided on the MOM system
  • Ongoing support from an experienced and friendly team

  • Previous experience in transport, logistics, or administration is beneficial but not essential
