Join our Reward Governance team within the People and Culture division, where we champion robust governance and transparent remuneration practices across Macquarie. Our team plays a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting strategic workforce planning, working closely with stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting and maintain trust throughout the organisation. You will be part of a collaborative environment that values process excellence, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in the advertised location. As a Reward Governance Advisor, you will contribute to the effective management of remuneration governance, ensuring our frameworks and disclosures remain accurate and compliant. You will maintain key data, coordinate governance activities, and produce regulatory reports that inform decision‐making at board and regulator level. Your work will involve collaborating with stakeholders across People and Culture, Recruitment, Reward Advisory, and Employee Relations, while developing analytical tools and documentation to support regulatory requirements and business queries.

  • Related experience within the Financial Services industry with exposure to reward, governance, compliance, regulatory reporting or general human resources
  • Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUPs, nested IF functions, and macros
  • Proven ability to analyse and interpret data (ideally for regulatory reporting and business queries)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, that allow you to collaborate with the wider team and business stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards problem‐solving and process improvement
