You will support AI-driven initiatives across our Real Assets investment platform: enhancing how we collect, analyse and manage data, improving business processes, and supporting the development of digital and AI capabilities to drive efficiency and insights for our investment teams. Operating at the intersection of private markets and technology, you will partner with our investment and portfolio performance teams to turn business priorities into digital, data driven solutions. You will also dive deep into processes, uncover opportunities for AI capabilities and identify risks across the asset-management lifecycle, from portfolio monitoring and valuation to reporting and transaction management.
What you offer:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, ideally within private markets.
- Experience defining requirements for AI-driven projects, bridging the gap between data science and business stakeholders and ensuring AI models align with business objectives.
- Focused on data driven decision making, predictive analytics and automation, and experience working with both structured and unstructured data.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to understand and explain highly technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient with data analytics tools, such as Excel, SQL or BI platforms.
