At Macquarie, many of our roles offer hybrid working arrangements. However, due to the nature of this role, an on-site presence is required, typically involving working in the office 4-5 days per week.

What role will you play?
As the Workplace Experience Lead, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional workplace and hospitality services across our European operations, with a particular focus on our flagship London location. You will work as part of a high-performing team to ensure our workspaces are vibrant, welcoming, and seamlessly functional, creating outstanding experiences that enhance the wellbeing and productivity of staff and clients alike.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing guest relations, food and beverage services, and workplace curation and activation activities. You will lead and mentor a diverse outsourced team across multiple cities in the EMEA region, fostering a high-performing team culture. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior leaders and internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery, while also managing strategic planning, operational execution, and vendor performance.
What You Offer
- Deep knowledge of hospitality operations, including food and beverage services, workplace amenities, and experience services
- Experience in a high-performance organisation delivering workplace experience services
- Strong interpersonal and team management skills, with a focus on engagement, development, and retention of talent
- Proven ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities and tasks
- Strong communication skills, including report writing and presentation development
- Expertise in third-party vendor oversight, including contract negotiation, SLAs, KPIs, and governance structures
- Deep knowledge of hospitality operations, including food and beverage services, workplace amenities, and experience services
- Strong background in office and facilities services, with a focus on customer and employee experience
- Relevant qualifications in facilities management or hospitality, with an undergraduate degree being desirable
- A minimum of 5 years\’ experience in corporate real estate or hospitality, with 10 years\’ experience being advantageous
