As a Vice President on our team, you will be given high levels of responsibility and ownership to work on transactions deploying third-party equity capital into energy transition opportunities and to manage existing investments with a strong focus on driving long-term value creation. As an investor, you will be involved from opportunity origination to deal execution and ultimately to divestment. As asset manager, you will work closely together with C-suite and other senior leaders in our portfolio companies, to set strategic direction, shape business planning and manage performance. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop and mentor junior team members.

What you offer

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience investing in the energy infrastructure sector, acquired in private equity, investment banking, asset management or corporate M&A/business development roles
  • The ideal candidate will also have specific experience in renewables or in the broader energy transition sector
  • A proven track record of identifying investment opportunities and leading transactions through successful execution
  • Experience in driving performance and managing risk in investments and operating companies from a shareholder perspective
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and people skills to ensure constructive dialogue and positive cooperation both internally and externally
