This is an opportunity to do complex, high-impact work, help shape how transformation is delivered as the model continues to evolve, and build highly valued experience in future-focused transformation. To support this, you will act as the voice of your region and influence global program decisions while ensuring they are practical and achievable locally. You will bridge the gap between design and execution, build understanding and momentum, embed new ways of working, and respond quickly to risks, trade-offs and regional needs. You will work closely with global program teams, regional People and Culture and People Experience leaders, and business stakeholders to help maintain alignment across plans, dependencies and milestones so regional delivery supports broader objectives.
