Responsibilities

As a Sourcing Partner in Macquarie’s recruitment team, you work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support complex hiring needs. You research the market, analyse competitor activity and use data to find and engage both active and passive candidates. You test different sourcing methods, tools and technology to improve hiring results, and take clear ownership for delivering successful outcomes across a range of mid to senior roles within Macquarie’s central services groups. Your insights help shape hiring decisions and support a positive, personalised experience for candidates. Working with experienced colleagues and reporting into sourcing leadership, you share clear recommendations and contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing team.

What You Offer

In this role you will be an employee of Hudson Talent Solutions, the onsite RPO provider for Macquarie.
