Our Real Estate team is dedicated to originating, structuring and scaling operating partner platforms across Europe. We work collaboratively to develop and manage investment opportunities throughout the entire investment life cycle, including acquisitions, capital formation and platform management. With an entrepreneurial approach and a commitment to excellence, the team drives growth and performance across a diverse range of real estate sectors and regions. You will also work across the entire investment life cycle, contributing to investment decisions and helping to build successful platforms.
Responsibilities- Deal underwriting: build and own institutional grade models across asset level real estate, fund and vehicle structures and corporate and platform contexts, set and defend assumptions and sensitivities, and prepare high quality investment committee materials.
- Platform growth: support the development and execution of growth strategies to scale platform companies across regions, sectors and risk profiles.
- Asset and platform management: hands on management of platform companies driving key initiatives and optimise performance.
- Investment analysis: conduct macro, sector and asset level analysis to identify themes and investment opportunities.
- Capital raising: help to shape opportunities and prepare analytics and presentation materials.
- 1–4 years’ experience in real estate investing or real estate-focused investment banking with a strong foundation in finance – capital structures, returns analysis, accounting, etc.
- Record of academic achievement in finance, economics, real estate, engineering or a related quantitative subject.
- Proficient with MS Excel and financial modelling, having built and run live deal models from scratch, comfortable with owning underwriting and outputs.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and adept with MS PowerPoint; able to translate analysis into concise, commercial narratives, and capable of creating high-quality investment committee materials and external presentations.
- Enterprising, resilient and intellectually curious, with a commercial mindset and capacity to work to tight deadlines in a high-performance investing environment.
- Collaborative and client-focused; someone who will thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial team and is driven to take proportional responsibility for the success of the franchise.
