Join Macquarie Asset Management's Private Credit team, a global leader in providing debt and structured financing to critical infrastructure and real assets. Our team combines Macquarie's deep real assets experience with a dynamic approach to investing, developing new strategies, and growing opportunities for our clients. As part of the Private Credit platform, you will also have exposure to other growing product lines such as Fund Capital finance and Direct Lending.
As an Associate, you will undertake and review due diligence on potential investments, build and review financial models, and assess commercial contracts. You will support the negotiation of term sheets and documentation of facility agreements, benchmark expected returns, and contribute to investment papers. Additionally, you will monitor and manage existing investments, analyse reports, and liaise with management teams directly.
What you offer:
- 3-5 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure, real estate lending, financial advisory, structured lending, or similar fields
- Your financial modelling skills, familiarity with Excel and financial statements, and eagerness to learn are essential
- You will possess sound judgement, a pragmatic and creative approach to problem-solving, and strong attention to detail
- As a highly motivated and proactive individual, you will be able to execute critical work streams efficiently and autonomously
