Join our Enterprise Funds Digital Solutions team, where you’ll be a core member of a global group supporting infrastructure, renewables, credit, real estate, private equity and impact investing. As a senior business analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance existing and develop new capabilities to uplift Macquarie’s internal systems and processes for Funds stakeholders, primarily focusing on the Credit and Insurance division. While engaging with a wide range of internal stakeholders to understand their objectives and constraints, you will provide data and analytics support and identify and prioritize digital solutions and support the team through implementation. Your role will involve documenting solutions with a focus on market trends, growth products, and client and employee experiences. Working in close partnership across the full stack team, you will foster strong execution discipline, support delivery across ambiguous and evolving environments, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and collaboration.

What You Offer

  • 10+ years’ experience in a comparable role, with a track record in digital solutions, finance transformation, and delivering AI-enabled or data-driven products within financial services
  • Advanced analytical and structured problem‑solving capabilities, able to define high‑value opportunities, shape delivery strategies and balance execution pace with long‑term scalability
  • Proven experience leading cross‑functional, geographically distributed teams to deliver complex digital products end‑to‑end
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders across seniority levels and global locations — from technical colleagues to senior business leaders — fostering alignment, navigating cultural nuances and driving product adoption across diverse, internationally distributed teams
  • Technical fluency & tooling proficiency across modern product development practices, data products, APIs, and architecture concepts, with hands‑on capability in Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Excel, and PowerPoint
