About the Role

At a pivotal point in our transformation journey, and with strong leadership backing, we are building a digitally enabled, scalable and future-ready People and Culture function across our global organisation. You’ll join the Transformation Strategy, Governance & Change team at the centre of this transformation, helping turn direction into coordinated, scaled execution across the function. This is an opportunity to do complex, high-impact work, help shape how transformation is delivered as the model continues to evolve, and build highly valued experience in future-focused transformation.

We are a global financial services group operating in 30 markets with 57 years of unbroken profitability. At Macquarie, you’re empowered to shape a career that is fulfilling and creates value. You will bring your insights and expertise to the task at hand and feel supported as you make your own kind of impact for a better future.

What role will you play?

As a Regional Transformation Lead, you will be accountable for ensuring transformation is effectively delivered, adopted and sustained across your region. You will translate global priorities into clear, executable plans. You will lead the rollout in a way that is aligned to regional capacity and take ownership of outcomes, with a focus on adoption and lasting impact.

To support this, you will act as the voice of your region and influence global program decisions while ensuring they are practical and achievable locally. You will bridge the gap between design and execution, build understanding and momentum, embed new ways of working, and respond quickly to risks, trade-offs and regional needs. You will work closely with global program teams, regional People and Culture and People Experience leaders, and business stakeholders to help maintain alignment across plans, dependencies and milestones so regional delivery supports broader objectives.

Qualifications

  • 8–12 years’ experience delivering transformation in complex, global organisations
  • Background in HR / People & Culture transformation or large scale operating model change
  • Proven experience leading rollout and driving adoption across regions or business units
  • Strong ability to translate strategy into execution at scale
  • Expertise in behaviour change and embedding new ways of working
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels
  • Ability to adapt delivery based on real time insights and evolving priorities
