As a Vice President Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and interpreting requirements, analysing business processes, identifying risks and opportunities, and collaborating on solutions that drive measurable business impact and transform the way we work. Working closely with our Private Credit business in London and colleagues across the wider Data, Digital, Design and Engineering team, you will identify and prioritise digital solutions and support with projects through to implementation. You will also document solutions with a focus on market trends, growth products and experiences of colleagues and clients. You will be a beacon for change management by defining and overseeing project structures, ensuring strong governance is maintained.
What You Offer
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, including working as part of a product team in a scrum environment
- Prior experience in the financial services sector or a similarly regulated field, with a risk mindset. Experience in Private Credit / Private Assets is highly advantageous
- Experience implementing digital solutions, particularly those aimed at improving operational efficiencies
- Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a self‑starter approach and growth mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Prior exposure to working in cross‑disciplined teams and global time zones is also beneficial
