Our Private Credit team has been investing in infrastructure debt assets on behalf of our institutional client base for over 12 years and is a leader in the asset class. The team combines the best of Macquarie Asset Management's deep infrastructure debt experience with a flexible and dynamic approach to investing for our clients and growing opportunities for the business.

As an Associate, you will materially contribute to the continued growth of our platform, primarily in respect of investment grade infrastructure debt in the UK and Europe. You will work autonomously, taking a leading role in the origination, assessment, and execution of new investment opportunities under the supervision of a Director in the team.
As part of your responsibilities, you will:
- Lead the investment approval process and the execution of investments;
- Develop and maintain relationships with borrowers, sponsors and advisors;
- Manage portfolio assets with the support of the portfolio management team;
- Support fundraising and investor relationship management;
- Contribute to the development of junior team members.
