Join our high performing Stakeholder Engagement team as a Change Manager within the Commodities and Global Markets division, supporting the delivery of regulatory transformation initiatives. We value you, your development, and the ideas that you contribute to our dynamic organisation.

As an experienced Change Manager, you will own key change management deliverables across a set of critical workstreams aimed at improving non-financial regulatory reporting for the Commodities and Global markets team, through systems enhancements and operational and oversight improvements. You will be responsible for defining and delivering the change activity plan to ensure outcomes and expected change benefits are achieved. You will also lead comprehensive change impact assessments to identify and address implications across the organisation and manage readiness activities to support adoption of change. Additionally, you will be responsible for effectively managing competing priorities and be comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and driving engagement to ensure the smooth delivery of communication, training and change activities.
What you offer:
- Proven experience as a Change Manager within a fast-paced environment, with current experience in hands-on delivery of change activities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels and multiple functions, including Business, Technology and Risk
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex ideas into easy to digest content
- Experience delivering change management activities across complex projects containing multiple streams
- Experience working on Transaction Reporting and/or Regulatory change projects would be highly regarded
