Join the Central Business Management team that plays a key role in supporting the operational needs and strategic priorities of Macquarie Capital. As part of this function, you will contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support the wider business in achieving its objectives. Working in the heart of the division contributing directly to the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of business operations across the EMEA region. While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 4 days a week in the advertised location.
In this role, you will support the operational, administrative, and governance activities that underpin the Macquarie Capital Central team. Helping drive process improvements, maintain essential systems and databases, and enable senior executives to operate efficiently through diary and expense management, supplier coordination, and invoicing. You will take ownership of a wide range of responsibilities, including coordinating office operations, supporting onboarding, assisting with vendor and financial processes, and preparing documentation for governance and legal requirements. Through effective communication and strong attention to detail, you will help maintain high standards of operational excellence, compliance, and team coordination across the EMEA region.
What you offer:
- 2 years + experience in an administrative support or business management role, within a financial or professional services organisation.
