As a Director leading discovery and owning the product strategy and roadmap for AI initiatives, you will drive global AI product development and program management for our Real Assets and Real Estate divisions. Collaborating with investment teams, you will identify AI opportunities that drive revenue growth, cost optimisation or material productivity gains, and help to build AI-powered products that fundamentally change how our investment teams work, while helping to scale our existing capabilities.

Managing and delivering programs from 0-1 and 1-10, you will establish prioritisation frameworks, enable governance, identify and manage delivery risks, and define outcome metrics. You will also partner with senior stakeholders across the business, influence investment professionals and technical teams to align on AI priorities, navigate competing stakeholder demands, and lead and develop a team of Business Analysts.

What you offer

  • Experience in a transferable role, requiring a combination of structured problem solving and program management rigour, working within an Agile environment.
  • Highly technical and proficient at leading conversations about LLMs, APIs, data pipelines and technical trade-offs in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of building trust in a complex, matrixed organisation, and evaluating and managing vendor relationships.
  • AI product experience gained from a financial institution, ideally supporting private markets.
  • Data-driven and commercially minded, adept at product discovery and conducting user research, and capable of managing the full product lifecycle.
