Our global regulatory operations team supports transaction reporting across international markets, ensuring the business meets regulatory obligations through strong collaboration, product knowledge and continuous improvement. We work closely across the organisation to deliver accurate, efficient and scalable regulatory reporting and drive impactful change. As a Futures Squad Leader, you will have end to end ownership of the futures transaction reporting book of work, combining deep front to back business knowledge with strong technical and regulatory expertise to support effective decision making. As a people leader, you will set clear objectives aligned to organisational strategy, fostering a highly engaged team culture and actively supporting the development of staff. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, global compliance and the wider EMEA futures team stakeholders, acting as a Senior Business Analyst to identify root causes and define high quality functional requirements.

What You Offer

  • Experience with futures products, with exposure to other asset classes considered an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in transaction reporting and futures.
  • Proven experience delivering regulatory change, process improvement and scalable operating model improvements in complex global environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate issues as business risks and influence priorities with senior leaders.
  • People leadership capability, including setting clear objectives, supporting development and wellbeing, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, able to assess complex business problems, identify root causes, and define high quality functional requirements aligned to business and regulatory outcomes.
