What role will you play? You will play a key role within the Entity Management and Control team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of legal entity financial reporting across a complex global business. Partnering with stakeholders across Commodities and Global Markets, Finance and Operations, you will oversee financial controls, support accounting assessments and tax considerations, provide insight into entity performance, support offshore reporting teams, and contribute to regulatory and business change initiatives, while building strong relationships and influencing outcomes across a broad stakeholder group.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our advertised location.

What You Offer

  • Experience in financial services or a comparable commercial environment with the ability to interpret complex structures and transactions.
  • Relevant accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA or equivalent, with strong technical accounting knowledge including IFRS.
  • Proven ability to maintain robust financial control environments, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance in reporting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence outcomes.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
