As an Executive Assistant, you will provide proactive and high-quality support to ensure the smooth operation of the team’s activities. In this dynamic role, you will support multiple senior leaders to manage diaries, coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, and arrange travel and logistics. You will also handle expense claims, process invoices, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce. Your ability to prioritise and adapt will be key to supporting the team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What You Offer
- Proven experience providing Executive Assistant support within a professional services environment.
- Demonstrated experience with a director-level and above is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proactive approach with the ability to understand business priorities and anticipate needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow you to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and experience with corporate systems including Coupa, Concur and Salesforce.
