What role will you play?
You will have an extensive track record in providing Executive Assistant support at CEO/Divisional Head Level or within the Professional Services Industry, for a minimum of 5 years. You must demonstrate a proactive approach with the ability to fully understand the nature of the business and priorities within the team. It’s extremely vital for you to be organised, have attention to detail, follow through and have excellent time management skills. You must be resourceful and have the ability to work independently as well as within a team. You must hold an undergraduate university degree.
What you offer:
- Proactive management of an extremely busy and fast-moving global diary.
- Arranging internal and external meetings (in-person & virtual) across international time zones, tracking materials and factoring in prep time for the Global Head.
- Close coordination with the IEC Central team to align and prepare for upcoming priorities and travel for the Global Head.
- Complex, end-to-end global travel management: booking flights, accommodation, visas, taxis, meeting rooms, restaurants etc.
- Timely processing of AMEX statements.
- Managing invoice approvals on behalf of the Global Head, ensuring correct information and materials are provided for easy sign-off.
- Event management: arranging team social events, offsites, leadership team meetings, end of year functions and client events; managing RSVPs, dietaries, and all logistics to ensure the event runs seamlessly.
- General admin: entering contacts, printing, couriers, assisting IEC leadership team members visiting from other offices, back-up and support for other EAs when they are out of the office, etc.
